Mr. El Hadary brings over 20 years of industry experience, leadership and exceptional strategic planning ability to our clients. He is a strong believer in the importance of talent, solid fundamentals, collaboration, building partnerships, and social responsibility.
Alaaeldin built his expertise by gaining industry experience with real estate developers, general contractors, multinational professional and project management service providers, having successfully managed programs and projects on multiple continents.
Alaaeldin earned his Master of Construction Management degree from the University of Southern California in 2007. He currently sits on the board of the companies he co-founded in the US and the Middle East, and is an active member in several professional organizations, including PMI, AACE International and EES.
Mr. El Hadary has successfully delivered numerous programs and projects across the globe, in which he was involved in various capacities, including program management, program controls, procurement strategies, resource planning, preconstruction planning, cost management, schedule management, earned value management, organizational asset development and processes optimization, systems architecture, and claims management and resolution.
With over 25 years of experience, Amro is a highly accomplished professional with proven leadership attributes, strong communication, and extensive experience in architecture, construction and project management. He is adept at developing business partnerships, diversifying revenue streams, and managing clients.
Mr. Elhadary has extensive experience in collaborating with and managing stakeholders on all aspects of project design and construction; including architectural design, consulting, presentations, code compliance, production, permitting, contracts, contractors’ selection, and carrying out complete construction plans to meet project targets.
Mr. Elhadary is highly proficient at providing creative and process leadership to multiple design teams throughout all phases of projects and a variety of project types. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of business priorities and motivated to lead a results-driven team of professionals to deliver successful projects, drive growth, maximize net income and achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
Mr. Tawfik has over 20 years of diverse experience across various disciplines in engineering design, project management, business development and procurement. In addition to his different roles, Ahmed has been a board member for a manufacturing facility consulting on budgets, procurement strategies, operational efficiency, and business development.
He brings to Decima his leadership experience with a focus on team growth and development. Ahmed has earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on Operations. With his diverse background, Ahmed adds a solid structure to Decima’s operations and has a keen eye for organizational structure with an emphasis on driving growth and high delivery standards while maintaining the company’s core values. Throughout his career, Ahmed has held managerial roles in several multinationals enabling him to utilize his skill set to drive Decima’s fundamentals and values. Ahmed is a firm believer that teamwork, ownership, knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction are the core of success.
