Project Scope
A 200-acre campus built for AI-scale compute
The project covers the design, permitting, and construction of a state-of-the-art high-performance computing data center supporting the advanced computational demands of complex simulations, big data analytics, and AI workloads.
Developed on a 200-acre site, the 1M+ GSF program comprises multiple data centers and administrative buildings, a central utility plant, and supporting infrastructure. Decima provided project management and project controls from 2023 through the final stages of commissioning. The facility is the client's first water-cooled data center and uses a first-of-a-kind design and cooling technology, which put an unusual weight on early risk identification and on controls able to handle a scope without precedent.
