Design, permitting, and construction of a 1M+ GSF high-performance computing campus built for complex simulation, big data, and AI workloads.

A greenfield AI data center campus delivering 1,200 MW of Tier IV, liquid-cooled capacity, built under a joint-venture construction arrangement across a three-year program running from January 2026 to December 2028.
At gigawatt scale the constraints stop being local. Utility capacity, water strategy, long-lead electrical equipment, labor availability and phased energization all have to be planned years ahead and re-planned as conditions move. A campus of this size is managed as a portfolio of interdependent projects rather than as one large build, which is why the governance structure matters as much as the construction sequence.

Decima's role covers the delivery organization across design, procurement, permitting and construction interfaces, supported by integrated project controls. On a program of this length the controls baseline is not a one-time exercise — it is re-established at each phase gate so the forecast stays usable as the campus grows.
